But now Maya is back. How much did she miss out? Well Lucas is veterinarian. Farkle runs his father's business. And Riley and Lucas are engaged. So that's a lot. But things change when she comes back. Old feels rise. Forbidden kisses that were supposed to stay back in the past. Secrets revealed.
And now Maya wishes she never came back.

Just as Lucas turns 17 he is adopted by a family from Texas which leaves Maya completely heartbroken until she is given the news that a family right there in the city wants to adopt her.
