Crimson Turner was 17 when she murdered her family after a seemingly happy life in Melbourne, Victoria.
With only one thing for police to go by--a "C" marked on the victims' stomachs--Crimson, under the guise "Skyler", has managed to escape the continent and flee to America, where she lives on her own posing as a 20-year-old woman who chose not to go to college.
Joshua Whitcomb, a 22-year-old college graduate, agrees to take her in until she can pay her way.  The only problem is that without a degree, Crimson can't get a job around these parts.  She has to stay with Josh unless she wants to get exposed.  But this may not be such a bad thing after a while...
