Ashton Kiel Ejercito is the epitome of a baddy with a heart - tough, resilient, and unapologetically independent. A typical nursing student during the day and bartender by night, Ashton balances her books and bottles to keep her family afloat. She doesn't need to be saved - especially not by some golden boy. Javier Alas "Javi" Valdez - the top student of the nursing department, wealthy, charming, and annoyingly carefree. They shared the same university halls for years, but fate never let their worlds collide... until one night at the bar Ashton's worked at. One wrong move. One accident. One choice that cost her the job she relied on. She swore never to see him again. But the universe knows better. Now, Ashton finds herself reluctantly working as Javi's personal assistant - or more accurately, his "bantay," hired by his mother to keep him grounded. What starts as a forced partnership turns into a slow unraveling of secrets, sparks, and something neither of them saw coming. Can two people from different worlds learn to coexist - or worse, fall for each other?
