Nix de Luna Academy. It is here our story begins, at the beginning of the school year. Talia Lacroix, an artist with her head in the clouds, finds herself unbelievably attracted to the mysterious, romantic, and incredibly fascinating Cam Vandevelde, who is hiding more than a few secrets from Talia. Wealthy, attractive, and incredibly snarky, the blonde haired teen in the library seems to know every book in the school's catalog by heart.

But little does Talia know, Cam Vandevelde is no ordinary boy. Those fangs aren't sharpened; those piercing eyes that change color aren't due to contacts; and that frosty touch isn't from the stark autumn weather. Instead, Talia has managed to attract the attention of a vampire prince whose first love has long since passed tragically.
