Young Jewish children are sent to a train which is destined to go to a "better place".When they arrived they notice many people being pushed around or working in blue and white striped tops and bottoms. They had no idea where their parents or siblings were. They sent half of the children to go to the gas chambers and the rest to the working place. The ones that were working were tired and some were getting ill. They see people yelling that are pulled or hit by soldiers, but don't understand. There they see a man who tells them" ....take care and remember stay together and believe in yourself",who was not seen again. One of the oldest who was 13 said "Isn't it strange how our parents and siblings haven't been seen around."As time goes by the oldest leads the younger ones trying to hide from the soldiers. It is Timothy's responsibility to take care of the younger ones.He tries to show more care to the youngest one which is Jona, who is 3.
