River Baran had a tough childhood. At the age of 12, her parents died and the dramatic experience took something from her other then her family; her voice. Deciding to cut off all connections to the outside world, River is left with her last alternative, her best friend. With only a small, three-room apartment to live in (completely alone), River spends her days sulking and speaking in the only way she knows how; singing. With her guitar in one hand, and pencil and paper in the other, River has to get through life without speaking, not before she meets her friend's boyfriend; THE Liam Payne. While visiting, one of the boys takes a special liking towards River, and plans on breaking her out of her shell. With only her new found friends being apart of her life, River needs to keep her singing a secret so the insanely famous and popular one direction boys don't tell someone. But what happens when one of the boys finds out?

One Direction, One Direction, One Direction. This is all people talk about these days. Lisa is sick of it. Don't get her wrong, she doesn't hate them or anything. She's actually closer to them than you think. Lisa has had a rough couple of years. Her bestfriend Courtney Bright is the only thing keeping her grounded. She has tried to forget about her vicious past. But running away from your problems doesn't help. They will catch up on you one day. When you are least expecting it. Lisa's mum has planned for her to spend 2 months with her brother in London. Lisa sees this as an opportunity to help forget about her problems. But will it really help? Will it not just send her spiraling back to the past memories? Will things actually get better in her life for once? Or will seeing her brother just make it worse?
