Dorian Tolvant however, when he sleeps he does not dream, he enters something close yet not a dream, another realm it would seem, one that came to be known as Waterveil

It's a hospital where they fix these damaged souls. No human can get into it, and once you get in, it's very hard to get out. There's a man. He goes by the name Master Jester, but people just call him Jester. He is the one in charge of this hospital. He is the master of each souls dreams.
