Oliver was dating Laurel he is playboy sleep with women and best friend with Tommy Merlyn get into trouble all of time and Tommy has a half sister felcity is a teenager and is in college and high iq and went party with room mate and staying on campus and decide to have fun and then the next morning wake up some one and then sneak out went to her room stay when she is their to visit. And on the other side and changed and left.drove back to school and some one gets pregnant. And then a month later Felicity learns she is pregnant and doesn't rember who and another month later learn some thing sad about Tommy best friend Oliver was on boat with his father and Sara lance and went down and hasn't told anyone yet soon has two and went to funeral and then 5 and half years later things have change and Oliver has been found on yin-yan island. And doesn't know the guy felicity slept with is Oliver.

He was born in the illustrious family of the Queen's, and he grew up with his best friends, Tommy Merlyn and Laurel Lance. Oliver had a little sister named Thea when he was 6, Oliver is 15 when Barry's mother is murdered. 2 years later, Oliver decides to go with his father Robert Queen on a business trip to China. They set out on the Quen family yacht, the Queens Gambit. Through a work of fate, Oliver and Barry end up on Lian Yu together, 5 years ahead of schedule for when Oliver was supposed to end up on the island.
