The scent of the short teen used to have was gone, replaced with the putrid smell of death and rot that covered the whole room and the killer himself. Blood smudged all over the teen and onto the older man as he attempted to escape. He got hungry and tired. He just wanted to eat and then sleep. He was preparing the girl, cutting her body apart and tearing the flesh off the bones, which is why the room was such a mess with her blood. Now, he had the boy in his hands. The hunger overtook him. Hello, this story is not good. It was written by a depressed young tween who didn't understand what an abusive relationship is. I'm only keeping it up because it's my only completed book. Take everything a grain of salt. Her pack- her family become bullies and she feels like she's been degraded to the omega, until one day, a small group of 3 new were wolfs show up at her school to whisk her away to a happier place, or so they thought. A murderous pack trespassed onto their land and took one after another down, soon enough, Harmony was surrounded by blood of her friends, lifeless bodies surrounded her. She was kept alive but not for pleasant reasons as the alpha of the murderous pack, Alpha Dominic decided to keep her as a punching bag for his anger. She becomes malnourished, weak and mute. After about 2 and a half years of dealing with this Alpha Dominic someone whisks her away again as her second mate as she was rejected before. They have their ups and downs but nothing is compared to what they have in stored, the new roller coaster they must ride to have a happily ever after, if you can call it that. I know the book starts slow, that's how I wanted it to be, to build to the exciting parts. It may be a drag, I know but it'll be worth it when the book speeds up with the roller coaster that Harmony has to ride, so to speak. Give it time and it'll spike your interest.
