A young girl witnesses the murder of her friends parents one night while she was staying the night. Her and her friend survive. The parents were victims of a serial killer. The girls ID the killer, and he is put in prison and sentenced to life. Years later, after the girls have grown up, there is another serial killer on the loose, and the crimes are scarily similar to the ones that of the killer who killed her friends parents. But he is in jail, or is he? did he escape? is it a child of his doing his work? Or is it a fanatic of his?
