The day before a teenage Ashley moved from Ireland to California, she and her best friend Niall sat beneath the sycamore oak tree where they wrote letters to each other and buried them in a old rusty metal box. Despite his success, Niall is isolated and lonely, plagued by a void in his heart that has remained sine the night beneath he old oak tree with Ashley. For both Ashley and Nialls, the coming date is more than just a childhood promise. Its the chance to make since of is all- the chance to find out if its ever too lat to find love again,
