Excerpt only: I quickly run in their direction as my claws elongate into fierce points. The Guardian gave me the power surge I needed to force my way through the Queen's defenses, who she demanded subdue me. They were innocent, but stood in my way. So I had to cut them down.

It was supposed to be an ordinary, peaceful day. All she wanted was to relax, grow a bit, maybe soak up some sun-nothing crazy after dealing with the past. It was her way to become a goddess. There were many memories and adventure that she went through but she felt it was time for retirement. But no, of course, fate had other plans. Instead of lounging around, she found herself to be hunted. Apparently, some ancient godly decree said humans had to be spared... which she found incredibly inconvenient. The book title came together with the help of my older brother who is quite good with titles while I am not great at figuring out book titles but am good at writing stories and chapter titles. The book title may be added on to in the future but only time will determine that. This is the first book of the series. Once again I would like to remind everyone the story is ALL MINE.
