I was an average girl living in an average world. I went to school, had a few friends, didn't think too hard about my aspirations, and lived every day step by step. I was utterly ordinary. But it's always the ordinary ones who experience the most extraordinary things.... Have you ever wondered what would happen if you died right this very moment? If your last breath came in an instant and nothing were left? Well, that's what death felt like for me. I was an ordinary girl living my life, until everything was suddenly gone. This story follows the struggles of a teenage girl who died tragically and has no memories of her death; her journey to comprehend the world's meaning and the secrets behind the afterlife, as well as discovering the depth of her bonds with the people she once called family and friends. She comes to wish desperately for her average days to return to her after realizing that they were far more than average, but beautiful. Things get complicated as she comes face to face with the keepers of the afterlife and the Universe Door. She searches for answers in the world of the dead who live amongst the living, existing in fear for their judgment... or whatever it is that lurks beyond the door.
