Chryslabum is the queen of the merpeople! She must choose between two wolds: one, the dark and decrepit world of the past that she is destined to inherit, the other, the seemingly calm and pleasant world of the present that is filled secrets and has a dark and seedy underbelly hidden underneath! Can she save her kingdom and find fulfillment in our world, or will she only find emptiness in two worlds that don't really want her? Noted as being one part time, one part explosions, all parts terrible storytelling, Timesplosion is WerewolvesxMermaids like YOU'VE NEVER SEEN BEFORE!!!

A nice monster, but no less dangerous. She thinks the same of her own friends, so close they're nearly family. She didn't ask for this life, it was forced upon her one frigid winter evening. As it turned out, she owed her life to a pair of curious children, smart enough to shout for help as Sam lie beneath the beast, drenched in her own blood. She didn't ask for it, but was hers nonetheless. So she embraced her inner monster and used it to hunt down the very one that turned her. To bring him in safely or to end him warred in her mind. She longed for vengeance, but can't hurt his brother. In all this chaos, Sam has one rock, in Ada. An enigma--or as her best friend, Charlotte, put it once, a cryptid--Ada knocks her off her feet and then keeps her tantalizingly close to the truth of her cagey history. If not for Ada, the drive to bring down her attacker would be all consuming. She would like to think she was better than murder, but was she really? The girl with no wolf. An extra mouth to feed. A liability. A defenseless miscreation. Seraphina had heard it all. She had felt it all too. The bone aching bruises, the defenseless claw scratches just shy of her neck on the edges of her collarbone, she had seen it all too. It had been so long since it had started that she couldn't recall a time when the degradation was compliments and not insults. Now, it was all she ever expected. If she had known five years ago that not having a wolf would cause this much hate she would have begged her parents to move to another pack. It felt like an eternity since it all happened. Or rather what didn't happen. She still could not shift. She was defective. A mistake in the gene pool. But she didn't know she would end up like this. She couldn't have, just like she couldn't have expected to come face to face with the Alpha Slayer. A man casted in shadow. Not many had ever seen his face, but that didn't make him any less real. Alphas after all were dethroned from the likes of him. Word spreads quickly. So, when Seraphina ends up in his line of sight she has a lot more to figure out than just not having a wolf, because it very well might cost her, her life. Updated: Weekly ⚠️Mature Content⚠️ Book is completed and currently being revised and rewritten. This is book one of the For the Taking Trilogy.
