Eleanor duchess (Ellie) had a very rough start to life, she had been abused by her father for her whole life up until she was 12 years old. 
The day her mother gave birth to a healthy baby girl, Ellie promised herself that she would never let abusive dad anywhere near her little sister, Lucy. 
So she taught herself to fight and she taught herself to fight good.
After Ellie convinced herself Mom to leave Brent (her father) they moved to Victoria and Ellie got into street fighting, while suffering from deep depression.

Now Ellie is 17 and while her family is on there way home from California there plain crashes and her mother dyes leaving her and her 5 year old sister orphans with no other family to stay with.
When Ellie meets a man named Logan who cares for her sister for the short time Ellie's in hospital he decides he wants to adopt them, so her and Lucy stay with him.
Something is bound to go wrong when a severely depressed teenage girl feels as though its her responsibility to care for her 5 year old sister, street fights late at night and couldn't care less about school. 
So what happens when you add Noah the bad ass who goes to Ellie's new school, the same boy who she found sitting beside her hospital bed when she woke up?
