Aria Hale, along with a few of her friends and ex-boyfriend Derek Harding, have been invited to a dinner that will determine their acceptance into the best ivy-league college around. Days after her friends have received their invite, Aria finally receives hers. Friday night was sealed and everything was going according to plan. Until, Aria's good friend Olivia Shire's younger sister dies from a freak accident. The funeral coincides with the dinner, but with Olivia's state, Aria would never let her go through a loss like that alone. After the funeral is over and she pays her respect, she rushes home, grabs the invite containing the directions and then tells her friend Summer via text that she's on her way, but the thing is, she never arrives. She never got the real invite.

This book was started in 2021, finished in 2022 and republished in 2023 ------------------------- A 16 year old girl by the name of Rayla Loris attends school for the first time. She makes some friends including this one guy by the name of Liam Rayn. Liam is a very flirty guy and most likely a man whore. As for Rayla, she isn't into all of that which only makes Liam flirt and tease with her more because she's the only one who doesn't want him other than their friend Avery. One thing they both have in common is that they don't believe in love. The real question is, would they be able to change that?
