After an internal war between the gods, they all have silently been forgotten by man. But they all have not forgotten their duties due to Katherine's presence. A bodily system of all the gods was created which was called World Gods Union.

The WGU utilize Katherine's abilities for god duties or responsibilities that cannot be accomadated with their time as other responsibilities call more of their attention. Zeus manages her assignments, whilst being Katherine's adoptive father. Now as a father, would Zeus be willing to let her take a job requested by Death himself?
