Destined Desires

Destiny had a five year plan to save up just enough cash to leave southern California behind. She swallowed her pride and decided to use her classical dance training to put food on the table and create a different life for her family. She just never thought the means to an end would be found in a place that would surely have her sweet grandmother saying dozens of Hail Marys.

Life was smooth sailing for Garrett or so he thought. He was planning to propose to his college sweetheart and could already see their future entwined with kids, white picket fence the whole enchilada so to speak. But when the woman he thought was "the one" crushed his heart, a chain of events sent him on a path toward a destiny that he never knew awaited.
