On August 27, 2015, Katie found herself surrounded by the fans whom have followed the band One Direction for years. Katie however, also found herself staring at the one person who she never thought would stare back. The famous Niall Horan. An though he was sweaty from singing and dancing on stage, his eyes were as blue as the posters on her wall told her they'd be. When he stepped towards her, her heart skipped a beat and the fans that followed pushed her forward, but not towards him, no they pushed her away. Katie was seconds away from touching the man who saved her five years ago. She loathed her fandom in that moment. She didn't realize then, that they'd meet again; not by chance, not by accident. Simply because he was looking for her.
Niall James Horan is not the only thing in Katie Lynns life though. No, she has friends, friends ex's, school, and her sister to deal with.
