In 2004, I worked as an adjunct professor in a small university near Kyoto, Japan.

A short, reticent Japanese professor of psychology started to sit with the foreign professors during lunch break; the other Japanese professors seemed to avoid him. He frequently spoke of ghosts.

The other foreign professors spoke in broken Japanese, but since I had studied the language extensively in college, we spoke freely to one another. He had much to say - we spoke frequently of death, the supernatural, and its relation to Kyoto.

When I told him I was going back to America, he was crestfallen - it seemed he had found someone who believed him, and that had inspired him to start recording many of the stories he had collected from friends, acquaintances, strangers.

On my final day at work, there was a slab of paper clamped together with an alligator clip in my mailbox at the university. He had given me stories, and I have betrayed him by not translating them until a decade later. Forgive me, Tanabe-sensei.

Hello, I'm Flame. I was just a normal girl with a torn up, terrible, and destroyed past, or so I thought. In September, about one month away from my 16th birthday, I had a, um, argument with one of my aunt and uncle's about something that became fuzzy. Later that night, a fire started in my room. A sweet, addicting, sent enveloped me and a strong, warm, body brought me safely outside. My aunt and uncle died in the fire that sprouted from my fingertips. At the new school that I had to go to, a sweet and kind boy, who had the same scent to my secret hero, was told to show me around. He brought the old me out, like my half-brother, both of my twin brothers, and my twin sister use to, the me was hidden between the emotionless me and a fake me, that was always faking happy, as well. He made me truly happy. He brought my emotion's and love back into my life after I thought I lost it for good. Then I found out he was a vampire, and my aunt and uncle were not lying about me about being a hybrid, half pureblood vampire, and half Trueblood werewolf, with a spell that was put on me by my parents to keep me safe from my uncle, who killed them. The spell made me human so it was harder to track me down. I thought that nothing could surprise me after that, but I was wrong, very wrong. The sweet, kind, boy, Romano was my soulmate? And is there more surprises coming? Will I be able to survive this big, no huge, change, or will I end up permanently killing myself, or dying like so many of my family members have? A/N please vote and comment, tell me if you like it, and if I need to make edits and where. undergoing major editing. The sequel is called 'The Spark'

Standing next to a stone wall and an apartment building Ranboo was worried, terrified even, I mean he would obviously be because he was being chased by a hoard of zombies. He picks up his communicator to talk to GL, his group. He was heavily breathing and fumbling with his com. "Hello GenLoss, this is Endwalker," Ranboo said into his com using his code name, you never know, the zombie apocalypse was impossible but here we are. This calmed his nerves just a little because it's like he's talking to his friends and not in immediate danger, which he was. "i'm at-" Ranboo looked around for a street sign, "Bsoisos Street, in district Snowchester I need back up on the supply run." Ranboo takes a look at the hoard while he waits for feedback, the zombies are coming closer to him, the feedback doesn't arrive so he tries talking into the com to at least to calm his nerves. "Hello?" Ranboo tries again and the only sound that is heard is the growling sounds of decaying, or broken vocal cords making the notice of the zombies impossible to ignore and the increasing fear come back tenfold. "Hallo." a British voice calls out its sounds shaky and unused, and it feels unreal, it sounded young, like him, maybe there was a chance that there were other survivors that are the same age as him, and a growl of the undead reminds him that he is still in danger's grasp. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ TW! Gore (more things will be added!!!) this was an idea I had in around 2020-2021 so it's going to reference stuff from then! This is a beeduo fic as well as a Zombie Apocalypse fic! if there are any mistakes let me know and ill fix it. Btw Idk much about the human body cuz I wasn't taught abt it alot.(This fic most likely will be forgotten abt since I don't go on Wattpad often) the fic was inspired by the song, Hello Hello by Elton John (ft. Lady Gaga) so listen to it while reading!

20 parts Complete Mature

I once got a phone call from the guy I sold my truck to. He told me I had left a notebook under the passenger seat in my car, and later dropped it off at my house. While I have had blackout drunk nights, the notebook remains a mystery as to how it got there, or who wrote it. It's poorly written on blank pieces of paper that are held together by two clips. Some of the pages have grease stains on them, and others are bent, but it is none the less a treasure. In it's worn pages are the pure unaltered thoughts of a tormented stranger, hunting something supernatural he called Ganama. I don't know where this man is, how he's doing, or even his name to be honest. What I do know is this man lived a life of adventure, hardship, ultimatums, and terror. I share his story with you not so you can find him if he's alive, but so you can learn about who he is, and maybe even feel like you and him could have been friends.
