"You saved me."

"What?" His gaze at me, coldness sweeping over his gaze.

"You heard me, you were there weren't you. This morning, at the park, you knew where I lived. You helped me didn't you?" I bravely took a step towards him, clutching my books tightly against my chest.

"I don't know what you are talking about." He glared at me, our faces were so close I I could hear him breathing harshly, and for that one moment I was lost in this stranger aqua blue eyes. They were drawing me, begging me to remember something I could not fathom.

"Yes you do, E." I whispered back, suddenly feeling brave and looking right into his eyes, and just for a split of second I felt a recognition in his eyes, an emotion which I had no idea of, but that warmth was replaced by immediate coldness.

"Stay away from me." He slammed the locker glaring at me, before walking away, and leaving me breathless.

I didn't understand why he affected me so much, but I knew one thing and that was; I could not stay away.

We were not done yet, I am not!
