Holly River and Niall Horan were best friends and eventually an item since they were 14, when Holly moved to Mullingar.

When Niall starts the X-Factor they both decide that they didn't have enough time to make a long distance realtionship work, so they mutually decide to split.

They didn't hold any contact, until they bump into eachother.

Niall introduces her to the lads and all of them get along great, especially Liam. They become fast friends, even though their practically opposites, Liam being uptight and conservative and Holly having a wild and outgoing personality. To add, they're both out of recent realtionships.

Holly catches her boyfriend cheating, but Danielle breaks up with Liam because he's 'boring and not fun to be around'. Holly hopes she can change his uptight ways and basically teach him to have more fun! She wants to release a side of Liam that is capable of letting go once in a while.

And Holly just might let herself go too. Let herself go and fall for Liam.
