Trigger warnings: Depression, specifically post natal  / postpartum, anxiety. 
Kate and Tom are married and have a seven month old baby girl, Matilda. When Kate shows signs of depression, Tom has difficulty understanding, disagrees with medical intervention and they begin to grow apart.
(Follows on from As Long as we both shall Live, set seven months after the epilogue).

Having had postnatal depression this was a personal story for me to write, and it was a request from a Tumblr follower after a discussion about Tom's generally positive attitude.All Rights Reserved
