I was normal.

Not the fighting-dragons-and-saving-wimpy-princes-on-a-daily-basis kind of normal, but a school-is-hell kind of normal.

That is, until my so-called best friend, Arthur, took me on a anonymous flight to VNK. The Vampire Night Kingdom.

And ba da ba ba da boom, I'm dragged into a fantasy world of vampires, where everything you learn in the human world, from the stranger danger rule to the way you need to respect people, is flung out the window and fed to sharks. The only thing I hold on to for sanity is the flight back to the US in the next three months.

But a lot could happen.

And when it does, would I still want to leave?

Join me on my journal to the fictional world of blood and unicorns, which ends up with me having a phobia of anything red, which is a shame, since it was once my favorite color.

Just one question that I ask every morning,

What's going to happen now?

The Myth that Became Real de Gray18
61 partes Continúa Contenido adulto
I was an ordinary girl, as normal as anyone can be. The day some mysterious guy rolled into town and noticed me, my world flipped upside down and things started happening. Things I could not explain. I wish I knew what was in store for me after he noticed me because my life would never be the same. Now my life was about as unnormal as you can get. Everything I thought to be true, especially about myself, was wrong. Not only this but now I live in a world where fantasy creatures exist. Werewolves, vampires, fae, trolls and more. They aren't just a fantasy anymore, they're real. My life was normal like any other person. Then my world came crashing down when I met Liam, he rocked every bone in my body and resistance was hard. I had to leave my world behind after finding out the truth of what I was and train as hard as I could. There were people after me and my kind and I wasn't sure how to stop them. How could I protect so many and lead a brand new life myself? How do I prevent war with the world? And how will I ever be able to resist Liam's charm when every fiber of my being pulls me toward him? The supernatural isn't a myth anymore, they are real and I'm one of them. And now the whole world is after us. Note: This can be read as a standalone but you can read Taken first if you want. There's no reason to read it if you don't want to. This book is completely understandable without reading Taken beforehand.

It started out as something anyone could have confused as a hangover, food poisoning, or any other puke indulging sickness. But then within minutes it morphed into something even the smartest and most experienced medical facilitators couldn't diagnose. I mean, how could you really label someone as transforming into a werewolf if less then a penny of the earth knew of the species? "Sienna... Sienna please go." Elijah pleaded, arms quivering as he coughed up more and more blood and bile, leaving a strong scent throughout the musky air. Why is life so hard? Why can't we all just be human and lead normal lives? If there was a wall here right about now I'd probably have the chance to bang my head into it repetitively, like what they always do in those cliché films when the protagonist is flustered. But then again it's normally on a locker where they can also bang their enraged fists. Oh typical high school drama, how I somewhat missed that. But no. I'm stuck here trying to help the boy I have a stupid secret crush on get through his transformation with the time for the train departure ticking away every second. And quite frankly, blood is my weak point. Yeah, not ideally a trait one should have in this current situation. But hey, being a hybrid comes with downsides.. Actually way more downsides then perks. Heck, I don't think my witchy powers really did me any good ever! Hence I'm trapped here in this scene where my attractive crush is coughing out that warm red liquid we all know so well. Book one in the Bloodsworn trilogy So here's how life used to go: We'd go to school, study, have fun, fight the occasional hunter or two, and mostly deal with everyday highschool drama. Just by looking at us, all you'd see is a great group of friends dealing with the everyday tortures of life. But maybe you should've looked a bit closer. I'm Luna Pines, and I'm the last werewolf. My whole life I've lived in secret from everybody except my friends. There are 8 of us in total, Alayna, Caroline, Timberly, Jackson, Nick, Hunter, and Jay. I don't know much about being what I am, nor how to control it very well. But the one thing that always bothered me was being alone, there's nothing I want more than to share my gift with someone else, someone just like me. So when Luke Masters shows up at school, with a shock to his touch, it seems like paradise for me. That is, until his brother's baggage makes my life, and my friends lives, hell. And here I am thinking I've got everything pretty much figured out about being a werewolf, but I have much to learn. With Vampires, Sylphs, Revenge, and Alpha powers coming to drive me insane, I'm not sure what's right and what's wrong anymore. My friends are slipping, I'm slipping, everything I've worked so hard to keep normal has gone away completely. I've lost my grip on reality, and I'm being forced into the world of the paranormal. And with every passing minute I'm growing bolder and stronger. I won't go down like this. Who would you die for? ======================================== This is my first EVER book! WARNING: This book will be going under some extreme editing since it is my first idea and I changed my mind a lot through the making. So I apologize if you read something that doesn't make sense. Editing is finished. Have a howl and enjoy the story
