"You're cop, I'm a criminal. You should handcuff me right now not confess that you've been a walking hard on since you met me," I laugh although is not the best time to do so in the situation we're in.

"Believe me, I will. Soon. But not that way you're thinking of," all those words come out sensually of his mouth.

"You have a great job, you're becoming sheriff of your department, why do you need to waste that all on me?" I demand because I have never understand why does he need to give up all he's done when I know that he's been waiting for all his hard work to be paid for.

He steps closer to me and taps the band of my mask, just like when we first met. But this time instead of thinking of a plan to escape, I remove my mask and circle my arms around his waist. Toying with his gun, he tucks my hair behind my ear bringing me back to the now.

"A passionate woman, is worth the chaos," he says sincerely.

His sister Kelis finds someone in need of a roommate so he moves in with the girl and gives her his middle name, Lucas. He quickly becomes addicted to the girl and once he gets one taste he's done for. He warns her about his past, about his name, but she ignores all the red flags, not realizing exactly how intertwined she is with the people from his past.
