After the park was destroyed and the island was evacuated, everyone was left of the dreadful memories of the accident.
Five months later, things have changed for Claire Dearing and Owen Grady. They live together in the United States in a large house, fly on plane trips to see the boys, and have a balanced relationship. Well, somehow.
The nightmares have gotten worse and worse for Claire. She feels so deeply responsible for the park being destroyed and the Indominous being created. And things are just as bad for Owen. He's lost his raptors, job, old house, and money is dropping for the two of them.
But something awful has happened. Something so shocking that nobody could believe it.
The Indominous Rex is still alive...
And the rest of the dinosaurs have broken free from the paddocks and cages.

But not for (Y/N) (L/N), being best friends with as well as being the assistant to Claire Dearing, life couldn't get any more boring. But when a new job opportunity arises putting (Y/N) close at work with a new raptor trainer things take a turn for the interesting. Will Claire's sudden jealousy let the two work peacefully? Will tensions be too high in this work environment, or will a certain dinosaur related event make everything fall apart? (A/N, this is an Owen Grady X female reader if you'd like I can make it more gender neutral so please let me know! Cover is an edit of mine but photos and such belong to their respective owners. Jurassic: The New World
*** CONTAINS JURASSIC WORLD: FALLEN KINGDOM SPOILERS. DO NOT READ ON IF YOU HAVE NOT SEEN FK BUT PLAN ON SEEING IT *** *** This story was written prior to the announcement/release of Dominion and is not related to the 3rd installment of the Jurassic World series*** It's been a month since dinosaurs were allowed to roam free in North America and humans are still learning how to cohabitate with the de-extinct creatures. With Maisie's guardians dead, she was placed into the temporary custody of Owen Grady and Claire Dearing until a court hearing will decide if she gets to stay or will be subjected to testing by InGen scientists. Owen and Claire win custody of Maisie and the three are ready to be a family until Claire wakes up to find Maisie gone from their temporary trailer home. It doesn't take long to realize Maisie has been kidnapped, but by whom? The clock is ticking as Owen and Claire race to find Maisie. They're willing to go to great lengths to get their daughter back, even if it means trusting the company that destroyed them. InGen's help comes with a price, and Owen is forced to decide between two of the most important things in his life. But, with the help of Claire and friends new and old, they might be able to save Maisie without InGen's help. It'll just take a lot of trust, some strategic planning, and one familiar, unpredictable dinosaur to make it happen. What could possibly go wrong? It's Not The Raptor DNA
"Her hateful gaze was all too familiar, almost a mirror when he saw past the crimson color, and slit pupils." Because we all know the scientists of Jurassic World had proven themselves incapable of exercising discipline when it came to temptations. Why would it be any different with creating the Indominus? Constructive criticism is welcome and appreciated!
