War.
Filled with chaos, blood, and the dying.
Everyone had gathered to defeat a common enemy.

Able to heal themselves on the field... But now its a curse.
Sakura, the last one standing on a wasteland of bodies. As she finds her teammates, the grief comes crushing down, and so with one swipe kunai, the joins them.
What she did not expect was was wake up crying her lungs out, and as she saw the blurry figures of her parents, it clicked.
She realized that she was an infant again, this was her second chance.

"Naruto!" Sasuke gasped. "Have you seen Sakura?" "That's..." Kakashi cut Naruto off with his hand, waving him down. "That's actually why we came here... actually." Kakashi said. "Until further notice; your mission that you were to go on is not happening." Sasuke just looked at Kakashi, he wasn't known for stopping a mission unless something terrible was happening. "What happened to my Fiance..." Sasuke murmured. He wanted to inch his hand to his sword. He wanted something physical to attack. His anger was smothered in fear. "What would you think Karin would want with Sakura...?" Kakashi murmured. Kairn? What did she have to do with any of this. "I... I honestly wouldn't know... I don't keep up with them anymore. Why?" "Because Sakura was reported to be knocked out in a red headed girls arms just this morning, they tried to catch up to her, but failed." Kakashi murmured, Naruto grabbed Sasuke's arms and pinned them to his sides. Everyone knew Sasuke was about to act irrationally. Sasuke was wordless, he didn't know what to do. His mind raced. They couldn't catch up to Karin? They couldn't save her? He knew there was something they weren't telling him. "What the fuck.... you told me she was safe in this damn village!" Sasuke yelled. He pulled against Naruto, trying to free himself. "You told me to trust you damn it!" "Naruto..." Kakashi murmured. "I'm sorry Sasuke..." He mumbled from behind him. The last thing Sasuke remembered was Naruto hitting the back of his neck. So I guess this is how Sakura felt... ------- Uchiha Burden is a spin off from Chidori Heart. Sakura cant stand all of the relationships that are happening while Sasuke is gone, but when Sasuke comes home, it triggers more events then any of them ever expected. Recollection
The war has ended, but nothing is as it should be. Team 7 is always busy and never see each other. Then they are sent on a mission to the Land of Winter to discover who is stealing medical supplies and killing off medical ninjas. As they all discover who each other really is, Sasuke uncovers some feeling he's never felt before and Naruto starts to see his friends in new ways. Strictly SasuSaku and minor NaruHina. Just before she was put into the hands of evil, she was saved by a team of ninja from the Hidden Leaf Village. The sole survivor of the team was from the Haruno clan, and entrusted her to the clan elders. But instead of being taken care of, she was tortured and forced to master a justu that only she could master that would change the course of war and would either save the world or destroy it. After the old clan leader died, things got better and she came to know who she really was. So she decided to start a new life using that identity. Sasuke looked forward and gasped. A kunai was coming; full speed. "SASUKE!!" Sasuke closed his eyes. He waited for the impact. He opened his eyes to Sakura making eye contact with him. "Sakura...?" The kunai was in her back. She panted in pain. "Sakura...." He couldn't believe she flash stepped in the path of the kunai and him. She collapsed in his arms. He looked where the kunai hit. It hit her lung, that's all he could tell. "Sasuke we should take her to Tsunade!" Naruto called as he lifted her up. "Sakura stay awake with me.." He whispered to her as her eyes started to roll back. In which Sakura tries to figure out if she's been sent to the past-or an alternate universe with suspicious tweaks. Dying was everything she had expected, an inevitable event, bound to happen sooner rather than later (a lot sooner, actually)-an unstoppable force, driven by the arm of a rabbit goddess piercing through her, and just barely not enough will to survive. And yet, it was nothing she could've ever prepared for. Not when she found herself four years old again, and a pink-haired stranger roamed her strangely empty house, claiming to be her brother. - "Sakura had one thought, waking up screaming her lungs out. Shit. Because she wasn't supposed to be screaming. She wasn't supposed to have a voice at all. And she sure as hell wasn't supposed to know that."
