After a party with her friends, Summer gets into a terrible car accident and has dreams of a mysterious person. The mystery man turns out to be a vampire, who bites her in a dream. Summer wakes up with the same bite marks on her neck. The vampire keeps coming into her dreams but Summer feels like there is a reason for it. She wants to figure out who it is and why they keep coming to her in her dreams. At the end of the school year her class takes a trip to France, where Summer recognizes certain places even though she has never been there. While on the trip, Summer sees a familiar face and realizes it's Elliot, the vampire from her dreams. She stays cautious of him, knowing he already attacked her once, but Elliot has big problems to worry about.
