Time didn't matter to her. She got up when the sun did and tried to sleep when the sun went down. because of this seemingly endlessness, she's forgotten her name, she's forgotten her family and she's forgotten everything she use to be. Now she was nothing. Living on the streets of a town begging for money and food from travellers that didn't know who she was, unlike the rest of the town that thought of her as something unnatural even though she doesn't know why. They used my vulnerability against me. They used that weapon, to make me accept their stupid idea. And I of course, accepted it, I didn't even know what they were going to do. They tugged and poked and even shoved their disgusting finger in your wound, just to see you cry. To see you change. No pitty in their eyes. They just continue. They drag you around with metal chains, hit you and turn you into a experiment. But I had enough of the tugging, the clawing, the moaning, the crying and pleading for them to stop, but simply feeding them with our pain. Shadow could easily take all her problems away, but Melody refuses to take the easy way out. That is, until she just couldn't take it anymore, she takes Shadow's offer and soon her life got better. Her bullies started disappearing, showing up dead in the woods. Their bodies badly mutilated, almost unrecognizable. Life at school started getting better, she finally had human friends and even a boyfriend. Her "father" was found dead at her house. The torture had finally ended.
