Eren is a seemingly normal teen, but soon finds he's not. On his way home from work one day he meets Levi, a vampire sent to protect him from a dangerous group of other vampires. Slowly they fall in love, neither of them realizing it until it's right in front of them. He does his best to protect Eren, all the while Eren begs him to change him, explaining that he can't stand the thought of not being with Levi forever but he refuses. He protects Eren with great bravery for about two weeks, but one day gets there too late. The bad vampires had gotten to him while Levi was out trying to track them.
