Carissa Skade was raised by dragons. Unlike most Vikings she was raised loving dragons, being raised as a if she herself were a dragon.
You see Carissa is no regular Viking. Taken by the witch in her village, she was made into something else, something that was made to try and ruin the balance.
65% human 35% dragon, she is something most refer to as a monster.
