When Maribella learned that the upcoming selection for Prince Greyson Schreave will be held in 1 week she is anything but happy. While her not-so-friend, Seraphina is ecstatic. 

When Mari's house burned to the ground last summer it took all of their belongings and the life of her father. Mari, her mother and her two younger sisters lost everything throwing them into poverty.
