Harlow Kingsley, internet sensation has come to the age to conquer college but due to her fame struggles appear. Going by her undercover name no american collage accepts her, only England's Oxford has accepted her but by accident she has applied as herself. When she gives it a chance it drastically failed so she has to resort to going undercover again though this time it is a little different, she will be a boy. Yes a boy, Harlow is going undercover at an all boy's school as River Queens.
