Corn who was her foster father tells her, that her body is still out there, half of her soul is their. Yet the half may be closer than any cat thinks, and these two will be mixed up.. Will lavastar ever be proved different? Or will she just be hated, like the way the other cat should?

After helping Jayfeather with herb hunting and sorting the herbs out, she realizes she does have medicine cat talent. But now begs the question: will she become a warrior like she's training to be?
