I smiled up at the sky as a flash of lightning and a boom of thunder rolled across it. I fucking loved this weather! I smiled again and started running.

Katt Phillips isn't your ordinary 16 year old girl. She is something completely different. Little does he know that she is determined to keep her brother alive and that she is the one that is going to over-throw him. As she is the one with the powers.

She found herself gawking at the man and had to make herself turn away and close her mouth that was obviously hanging open in surprise. Don't get yourself all worked up, it's probably just the moving guys. The people who move in are probably going to be an old grumpy couple that never wants company she told herself. At the same time she couldn't stop wishing that she was wrong and that these men were going to be her new next door neighbors.
