When Misty's dad finds a half drowned child on their fishing trip they save it's life. This child (later known as Penny) is adopted by a kind family down the street. Penny and misty are best friends who go through crazy times together. One day, while hanging out with Penny, Misty sees something horrible happen that might just take away Penny forever.
