Earthtalker

Millions of years ago, the world was but a void. The creator of that void, Basardin, became lonely. This was a loneliness to end all loneliness. So, in the void, He created the Earth and from the earth he created all forms of plant and animal life. Giving the Earth a portion of his power so She might continue to grow and provide for the life he had created. But alas, He was still lonely still longing for someone to talk to, still looking for someone to share his power with. In this loneliness that seemed so complete, He shed four tears. The tears He shed landed upon the Earth and the Earth, sensing the loneliness of her creator, soaked up these tears. She held them to her bosom and nourished them and loved them and became a Mother to nations. From the tears of a God and the love of a Mother came the Gods and Goddesses we now know.
