Chosen one

A young woman lives in a small town, she lives an ordinary life, married, with a kid on the way.
But that's the problem; she has lived in the town her whole life and she is the first woman to get pregnant. Many people have tried for years, but with no luck.
As she walks down the street with her baby bump, though every woman she passes glares, she can't help but feel like she is being watched. Little does she know the government has been watching her since she was five.
