She's never really had anyone there for her, except for her foster mother Ingrid who died on Emma's 18th birthday. Being a single mother to a two year old is tough, especially when you hardly have enough money to support yourself and that child. Emma's never been one to give up and always finds a way to make a way, all while she holds on to the horrible memories of life changing events.
