15 years ago, Master Splinter lost Tang Shen in a heated battle with Oroku Saki, along with his 1 year old daughter Miwa and his newborn baby Isabella.
Isabella Shen has been looking for her true father for 7 years after escaping the man who claimed the life of her mother.
She gave up and decided to move to the land her mother always dreamed of, New York City.
As she blended herself in, she came face to face with strange mutant turtles. She becomes curious and investigates them. she realizes that these turtles could be the key to finding what she's been looking for.
