After the Tartartos attack, instead of Fairy Tail disbanding, they stay together. However the attack from Tartartos leaves Lucy Heartfilia feeling she is the weakest member in Team Natsu. She decides to get away from the magical guild and use the time to hone her celestial magic.
During her training, Lucy discovers there's more to her magic. She's a rare Magical Source with a magical capacity that can rival another dark magical source she senses, only her training goes from learning to control her magic to surviving an encounter with a deadly stranger.
Acnologia, a dragon slayer with the ability to transform into a dragon, senses trespassers on his territory. His draconic instinct is to kill them but his human part feels different. One thing he knows for certain, the blond girl is the center of the conflict on his land.
Meanwhile, a dark occult hunts for Magical Sources and Lucy becomes their next target and Team Natsu is determined to return Lucy to Fairy Tail. In the midst of everything how will Lucy fare?
