When naruto is about to be attacked by Tobi's jutsu, Hinata, shika who were to closest of rookie nine to naruto and sasuke who had a changed sides at the last minute all try to save naruto but are all killed by the jutsu.
Now Naruto, Sasuke, Hinata and Shikamaru have woken up in Iwa in the bodies of their alternate universe selves which are 7-8 year olds. They find out that in their second life, as they agreed to call it, they had all been kidnapped from they families as kids and were raised in iwa to hate and kill ninja of the leaf.
Now they must find a way to escape the cruel clutches of Iwa to return home.
