Michael is depressed, suicidal, gay, and his religious parents don't know how to handle it, so they do the best thing they can.
Correction, what they THINK is best, and they drive Michael to visit his Aunt Clara in a very old town on Syr Mountain surrounded by thick mist and a dark forest, rumored to be crawling with wolves. Their excuse was that the therapist mentioned a 'change in surroundings.' Michael thinks they took it the wrong way.
Luke on the other hand is a carefree, rule breaking wolf hybrid, who also happens to be the Alpha's son. And he also happens to visit the border between the human town and the forest despite the warnings of how dangerous the humans can be.
But what happens when Luke finds a certain black haired boy lost near the border in the thick mist, unable to find his way home? What happens when he breaks the most important laws of the wolves? Friendship, love, guns, hunters, flowers, and shit. Lots and lots of shit. That's what happens.
