Jane Berkley had a pretty normal life (emphasize on the word 'had'). She didn't expect to fall in love with her (admittedly gorgeous) best friend whom she's known her whole life, who just also happened to have a girlfriend who hates her guts. Honestly, Jane was pretty content on pushing aside her feelings and ignoring them in hopes of them fading away. But frankly, that wasn't going to happen anytime soon since Alex has been way too attentive of her lately with his vague texts, and not so friendly touches. And to add more to her problems, a crazy serial killer is in town and makes her his target by stalking her. All Jane wanted in life was normality. She obviously isn't going to have that anytime soon.

Exactly five years after the death of Gwen Stacy you find a beaten-up Spiderman laying on your porch. He could barely get out a word before you led him into your apartment and helped him clean up. After that fateful night, Spiderman would pay you almost nightly visits to fix him after his nightly patrols each night. You couldn't help to get close to the masked man. But there was always that underlying fear that he was just using you as your other friends had? Or was there actually a friendship? As the months went on you found yourself falling for the superhero.
