His nose gently brushed against hers. Lisa didn't move away, her body didn't give her permission to.
"Adrian you don't know me." She whispered.
"Then let me know you."
He pulled back and looked her intently. He tucked a loose strand of hair behind her ear, his fingers tickling her skin on their way, teasing every one of her senses.
"Will you let me..." His lips slowly approached hers. "...know you?"
Her mouth parted. She was losing this fight. Losing herself. Her wall was giving in. And all it took was the threat of a kiss. A kiss she wanted desperately.

Lisa is a professional fighter. It seemed a fitting career choice, since she's always had to be a fighter. She's lost something along the way, her ability to love or let herself be loved. But now she's in danger of having her walls knocked down brick by brick. And she's pretty certain this man - Adrian - is going to get under her skin and live there until he's done sufficient damage. The problem is, she knows nothing about him, not a single thing.
