Elsa is just a normal queen doing her queenly stuff. Jack Frost is just the Alfa of the most strongest pack in the world. Jack is a wear wolf. 
Elsa's just wondering around the woods until she hears rustling in the trees. The queen has wonder into the wolves territory  and is in danger or is she. She is taken to Jack and he decides wether he should let her go or for her to stay.
