Enter: An assassin, Levi Enter: A relatively normal lady, Simone. Simone lives a life where the basic needs are hard to come by. Add to the fact that she has four sisters to fend for, her efforts are damn near Nobel Prize worthy. Levi wakes up, ends lives, occasionally reads, goes to bed and then repeats the process all over again. Put together a man with a bounty on his head, a woman with too much to lose, throw in a healthy dose of trauma, teenagers, toddlers, sharing a bed with a stranger and you're bound to have a royal mess. Let's not forget the most important part, they can't fall for each other because that just takes the stakes up, you don't just wake up and get attracted to an assassin so you can be used as mafia bait, basically destined not to work. That's what this is, a mess that shouldn't work. But it does. And everything goes to shit because of it. A story about love, assassination, family and healing from trauma.
