She was supposed to die by my hands. I tried-again and again. But I failed. Freya was nothing more than a target. A name on a file. A loose end that needed to be tied. Killing her should have been easy. Quick. Painless. But every time I raised my gun, something held me back. And now, she's all I can think about. They were created from a realm that's filled with stupidity and that's why we can call them stupid themselves. Both of them wanted to live without even trying to fit in. But they know it's impossible, not because they would end up being embarrassed and ashamed of their actions, but because they'll end up leaving their responsibility. But meeting each other's world might be their key to willingness. While meeting each other might be their key to love. Even for just a brief moment... they could enjoy the obligations in happiness. It might not last long... but at least it'll last with Beomgyu and Ryujin inside of each other's warmth. It's just really a pity they weren't meant to be... she was a human being while he was just a creation form an imagination. It won't work out. Put together a man with a bounty on his head, a woman with too much to lose, throw in a healthy dose of trauma, teenagers, toddlers, sharing a bed with a stranger and you're bound to have a royal mess. Let's not forget the most important part, they can't fall for each other because that just takes the stakes up, you don't just wake up and get attracted to an assassin so you can be used as mafia bait, basically destined not to work. That's what this is, a mess that shouldn't work. But it does. And everything goes to shit because of it. A story about love, assassination, family and healing from trauma.Complete
