What do you get when you throw a dozen flying pieces of paper, a writer, a cyborg, a bookish tsundere, a steampunky clockmaker, a photographer, and a gay guy on a bicycle together? The government and almost everything that's based on technology is being corrupted and there's only one facility that can put a stop to it before everything goes up in flames.
