Rhett Grant was the golden boy. Yes, that meant he was all of the following; a jock, a god, and popular. Basically, the majority of the school's female population were hopelessly in love with said-boy, including me. So, you can say I was surprised when he asked me out. In reality, I should have known it was too good to be true. On top of all that, I have to deal with a very absent mother, a missing father, and going back to school – otherwise known as my own, very personal and very scary hell. But, as they always say, you just have to take it each step at a time. Right.

Brandon: I finally told her I loved her in 8th grade. She rejected me for the school douch. I was heartbroken. BJ: 8th grade year I was not the prettiest girl ever. I've always been cute I guess...but I wasn't super popular and amazing to hang out with. Brandon was like my best friend. I loved him so much. Mathew, the most popular guy in school, asked me out. How could I refuse? I was the little rich girl with no social skills. what happens when they know they can't be without each other anymore?
