Mystery
Near has just won the long and at times life-threatening case against the entity known as Kira, or Light Yagami. He is left to deal with a crumbling police force due to the losses from the fight. Almost immediately, many killers appear with the loss of Kira's rule of fear. But he's sure nothing could be as bad as the anomaly that was the Death Note, until something proves him wrong. (warning: this is a headcanon in which Near is non-binary. I will try to write this as well as I can, as a cis female, so please correct me if anything I write offends you as a queer person.)
